Adding a deal

There are two ways to get a deal into the platform. **Paste a deal listing URL.** If you are looking at a listing on an M&A marketplace, paste the link. The platform ingests what is available at that address and builds an initial deal record from it. **Upload documents.** Teasers, CIMs, financial statements, and supporting files can be uploaded directly. This produces a substantially more complete analysis than a listing URL alone, because the underlying financial detail is present. Most users start with a URL for fast triage across many deals, then upload documents for the small number that survive the first pass.
