What is Alethinx?

Alethinx, Inc. builds AI-native M&A intelligence software for lower-middle-market and SMB acquirers — funded searchers, independent sponsors, family offices, and private equity firms. The platform answers two questions an acquirer has to resolve before committing capital: is this a good business, and is this a good deal? Traditional diligence answers those questions through weeks of advisor work at costs that only make sense on large transactions. Below roughly $25M of enterprise value, that math breaks. Buyers either overpay for advisory work or skip the analysis entirely and accept the risk. Alethinx compresses the analytical layer so a smaller acquirer can run institutional-quality diligence on a deal that would never justify a Big 4 engagement.
