How your data is handled
Encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per tenant with row-level security, deletable on request.
**Encryption.** Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by the underlying database platform.
**Tenant isolation.** Every table carrying customer data is protected by row-level security policies enforced at the database layer, not in application code. A query issued on behalf of one account cannot return another account's rows even if the application layer is compromised.
**Deal confidentiality.** Deal documents are among the most sensitive material a user will ever upload. They are not used to train models, and they are not shared between accounts.
**Retention and deletion.** You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@alethinx.ai or using the contact form. Deletion requests are honoured.
**SOC 2.** Alethinx has a SOC 2 roadmap underway. The company is not currently SOC 2 certified, and does not claim to be. If a certification is a hard requirement for your organisation, say so when you contact us and you will get a straight answer about timing rather than a marketing one.
