Accounts are managed at app.alethinx.ai. Reset your password from the sign-in screen.
Your account lives at app.alethinx.ai. Sign in there with the email address you used at signup.
If you cannot get in, use the password reset link on the sign-in screen first — it resolves most cases. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then contact us and include the email address on the account.
For security we will not disclose account details, change an account email, or reset access based on an unverified request. Expect to confirm ownership of the address before we make any change.
