Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
Change or cancel your plan from account billing; changes take effect next cycle.
**Upgrading.** Takes effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period.
**Downgrading.** Takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep the higher tier for what you have already paid for.
**Cancelling.** Your account stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing. Your data remains available for export during that window.
**Refunds.** Handled case by case. Contact us and explain the situation. Billing questions are always read by a person, never handled automatically.
**Invoices.** Available in the billing section of your account and emailed on each charge.
