Data retention and deletion requests

Deal documents you upload are retained while your account is active so the platform can keep working with them. If you cancel, your data remains available for export through the end of your paid period. You can request deletion at any time, including while your subscription is active, by writing to support@alethinx.ai from the email address on the account. Tell us whether you want specific deals removed or the entire account purged. Deletion is honoured, and we will confirm when it is done. Some records are retained after deletion where we are required to keep them — billing and tax records in particular. Those are financial records, not your deal content.
