Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in an Alethinx product, email support@alethinx.ai with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against other customers' data, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or run denial-of-service testing. Security reports are handled by a person. They are never handled automatically, and they are not answered by the assistant on this site. We will confirm receipt and tell you what we find. If you would like to be credited, say so in your report.
